What is a unique gift for bridesmaids/groomsmen?

I could get them “Bridesmaid” flip flops, I could get them beach totes. My fiance could get his guys flasks or Zippos. But we want to do something unique.
I know, I know, we should do something special and particular to them, their interests, etc., but we’re just looking for general creative ideas.

My friend did small gift baskets of edible things that remind each of them of their childhood and the towns that they are from. How much does it cost to be the maid of honor?

Now- luckily- I DO have a few things on my side.
My best friend is the bride. She’s getting married at the beach so we’re not wearing shoes (just like simple ballet slippers) and the dresses she likes are from J Crew and run $100-150. Every bridesmaid including myself (MOH) can choose her own dress from J Crew as long as the colors go together. Also, she’s extremely laid back as far as hair and makeup go and is fine with me doing my own or having it however I feel comfortable, since it’s on the ocean and all. Lastly, we’ve already discussed it and she just wants a really nice dinner for her party before the wedding.
