Simple beach wedding in Florida…help?

I am looking to have a very small, simple beach wedding in the Central FL area. (I was thinking Cocoa Beach) We will only have 10 guests. Any ideas of where I can do this? Some place that would possibly let me do a beach front ceremony and mini reception type thing…basically just dinner on the beach with our family?
